Return Policy
All terms defined below shall correspond to those outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Order Cancellations:
Orders placed online are promptly processed and therefore cannot be canceled. If necessary, you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise to initiate a return.
Returns:
Items other than food, meat, or beverages can be returned within 30 days of purchase by submitting a ticket or email and receiving a return number.
To commence a return, kindly contact us at grazefulmeats@gmail.com. Please ensure that a receipt or proof of purchase accompanies your return.
For items manufactured by third parties and sold by us, please refrain from returning them directly to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for covering all shipping expenses for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your total.
Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receiving your valid return, we will notify you via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, we will provide one of the following options in a timely manner: an exchange of merchandise, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a refund to the original payment method, a check, or any other appropriate remedy determined in good faith.

Failure to adhere to the above conditions may result in refusal of return or exchange, or the imposition of alternative or additional conditions at our discretion.
