The inception of Grazeful was spurred by a significant void in the kosher meat market. Emily, our founder, was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune liver disease at the age of 14. Now at 28, her lifelong passion for animals significantly influenced her dietary choices, especially given the inhumane conditions many animals face, regardless of their kosher status. These conditions often include confinement, GMO-laden diets, and excessive use of growth hormones.

After years of research and experimentation, Emily embarked on a wellness journey that drastically changed her relationship with food and ultimately her life's path. She discovered the transformative power of a whole, unprocessed diet.
